ScrubEase is looking to hire a committed and meticulous Cleaner to uphold cleanliness standards in both residential and commercial spaces. The candidate will ensure all areas are hygienic and well-maintained, emphasizing thoroughness and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing various surfaces.
• Maintain restrooms, kitchens, and shared spaces to comply with health and safety regulations.
• Properly manage waste disposal and recycling, following environmental protocols.
• Monitor and report inventory levels for cleaning supplies to management.
• Adhere to established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines for a secure work environment.
• Contribute to special cleaning assignments, including deep cleans and preparation for events.
• Communicate proactively with supervisors and colleagues about cleanliness or maintenance concerns.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in cleaning roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Physical endurance to handle lifting moderate weights and performing repetitive cleaning tasks throughout shifts.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential evening and weekend shifts.
• Familiarity with cleaning supplies, methods, and equipment is advantageous.
