Role Overview

We are seeking a dependable and meticulous Cleaner to service residential rental properties, performing cleaning tasks such as move-in/move-out cleans, rental turnover, and listing-preparation cleaning. This opportunity suits professionals experienced in independent fieldwork who follow detailed checklists and can document their completed tasks while identifying issues requiring further attention.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled cleaning sessions at residential rentals including move-in, move-out, rental turnover, and readiness for listing.
• Perform standard residential cleaning according to company-maintained standards.
• Clean all rooms and surfaces including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, hallways, appliances, floors, cabinets, fixtures, doors, baseboards, and high-touch areas.
• Remove dust, dirt, debris, garbage, and any leftover items as needed.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors and clean inside appliances such as refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, washers, and dryers.
• Recognize spots needing additional cleaning, junk removal, maintenance, repair, or follow-up.
• Take clear before and after photos and videos of cleaned properties.
• Provide comprehensive updates and reports after each site visit, including photos and notes.
• Follow company protocols, cleaning checklists, access instructions, and appointment details precisely.
• Communicate professionally with landlords, tenants, applicants, and internal teams.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Prior experience in cleaning roles such as housekeeper, cleaning contractor, or residential cleaner.
• Strong understanding of residential cleaning standards.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties.
• Own necessary cleaning supplies and equipment for appointments.
• Comfortable working independently and managing tasks with minimal supervision.
• Possess an iPhone 13 or comparable smartphone with high-quality camera capabilities.
• Proficient in capturing clear images and videos and documenting activities thoroughly.
• Detail-oriented, punctual, dependable, and professional work ethic.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, checklists, and property access guidelines.
• Respectful communication skills for interacting with landlords, tenants, applicants, and team members.

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on experience with move-in, move-out, or rental turnover cleaning.
• Skilled at preparing residential rentals for showing, inspections, or move-in.
• Capable of identifying maintenance or safety issues, junk removal needs, pest problems, or access difficulties.
• Experienced working independently in field roles within property management, leasing, cleaning, or home services sectors.
