About the Role

At Bridgepoint Maintenance, our cleaning team plays an essential role in preparing residential properties at various stages — whether after a tenant's departure, post-maintenance, before new occupants move in, or simply to maintain a clean living space for existing residents. This role supports a range of residential cleaning services across Ontario including move-out, turnover, deep cleaning, and scheduled housekeeping. We are seeking diligent and dependable cleaners who take pride in their meticulous work and can handle assignments independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct move-out cleaning for rental homes
• Perform turnover cleaning for vacant units
• Carry out thorough cleaning following maintenance, repairs, or renovations
• Prepare residential properties ahead of new tenant move-ins
• Provide housekeeping services for occupied residences when scheduled
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, hallways, and common areas
• Detail cleaning including appliance interiors, cabinets, closets, baseboards, and windowsills
• Perform dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitization, and debris removal
• Complete final quality inspections before confirming job completion
• Take completion photographs if required
• Report any damage, maintenance issues, or cleaning concerns that need follow-up
• Update job status through the mobile work application
• Travel directly between assigned properties

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of two years of paid, professional cleaning experience
• Ability to work independently on residential cleaning assignments
• Experience in move-out, turnover, deep cleaning, or housekeeping duties
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering consistent, quality results
• Capability to recognize and report issues rather than overlook them
• Professional communication skills with customers and operational staff
• Possession of a reliable personal vehicle and necessary cleaning supplies and equipment
• Access to a compatible smartphone with GPS, mobile apps, photo capabilities, and job reporting functions
• Basic English communication proficiency
• Dependable attendance and organized work habits

Preferred Experience

• Residential turnover and property preparation experience
• Post-maintenance or renovation cleaning background
• Cleaning of apartments and condominiums
• High-volume residential cleaning experience
• Move-in and move-out cleaning expertise

Compensation and Benefits

Payment for this role is determined based on the cleaner's experience, nature of the cleaning task, and assigned work.
