Overview of the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to uphold high cleanliness standards as directed by management at our Cork location. This position requires careful use and maintenance of cleaning tools, fostering positive relationships with clients at the contracted sites, and prompt resolution of any concerns or complaints encountered.

Key Duties

• Maintain superior cleaning quality in accordance with management instructions.
• Operate and look after cleaning equipment responsibly.
• Build and sustain good rapport with all clients at the service site.
• Address and resolve queries or complaints efficiently.
• Perform additional reasonable tasks as assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in manual cleaning tasks is essential.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
