Role Overview

As a member of the onsite team, you will undertake general labouring tasks, assist with operation of plant and machinery, and support truck driving functions on various civil construction projects. Responsibilities include upholding site safety and presentation standards, completing daily quality assurance and site paperwork, and developing skills in reading and interpreting plans and levels, all under the supervision of your Site Supervisor.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in civil construction or similar labouring roles is preferred.
• Possession of a current Driver's Licence; Class MR, HR, or HC highly regarded.
• Holding a General Construction Induction Card (White Card) is essential.
• Physically fit to perform manual labour, with a cooperative, team-oriented mindset.
• Capable of working efficiently with little supervision.
• Additional qualifications such as VOC/SOA for LS Skidsteer, Excavator, Roller, Articulated Haul Truck, or Watercart, as well as Asbestos Awareness and Underground Services Awareness, are advantageous.

• Remuneration above the award rates in accordance with the Enterprise Agreement.
• Opportunity for progression from entry level to Level 6 as skills and experience develop.

• Flexible Rostered Days Off (RDOs) which can be banked, cashed out, or paid weekly, based on personal preference.
• Daily travel and meal allowances plus four weeks of annual leave with an additional 17.5% loading.
