Civil Engineer

About the Role

Frankson Automation Company Private Limited is seeking a qualified B.Tech Civil Engineer with proficiency in AutoCAD drafting. The selected candidate will become a key member of the project execution team responsible for overseeing various civil construction projects.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee civil construction activities at project locations.
• Supervise laborers, contractors, and skilled tradespeople to ensure quality execution.
• Guarantee that construction meets specified standards and project requirements.
• Produce and analyze AutoCAD drawings and liaise effectively with the engineering department.
• Track project milestones and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain accurate site documentation including measurements and daily progress notes.
• Coordinate communication among clients, consultants, and project managers.
• Uphold all safety protocols and company regulations on-site.
• Oversee the entire project cycle from initiation through to completion.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech).
• Proven knowledge and skill in AutoCAD drafting.
• Willingness and ability to travel and stay at multiple project sites across India such as Bangalore, Chhattisgarh, and Odisha.
• Capable of working independently and managing all aspects of site operations.
• Hardworking, responsible, and prepared for extensive travel.
