Role Summary
The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for leading daily operations and turning strategy into execution across sales, imports, and logistics. This person will shape operational plans, define success metrics, improve processes so they can scale, and keep them aligned with business objectives. The role also involves coordinating teams across functions, refining supply chain and logistics activity, partnering with senior leadership on growth plans, tracking operating risks, overseeing budgets and resources, and building a culture centered on accountability, teamwork, and strong performance.

Qualifications
- Ability to create business plans and provide strategic direction that supports growth and long-range operational goals.

- Strong analytical capability to review data, evaluate results, and make decisions based on evidence.
- Knowledge of finance and budgeting to manage spending, control costs, and prepare financial updates.
- Experience in automotive, transportation, or logistics industries would be a strong advantage.
- Experience managing remote or distributed teams, along with multi-location operations.
- Clear communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is beneficial.
