Chief Operating Officer

Overview

A dynamic leadership role is available for a Chief Operating Officer to oversee the core operational divisions of a prominent company based in Orange County, CA. This key executive will spearhead the execution of strategic growth initiatives aimed at enhancing scalability and reinforcing the company's industry leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across multiple company divisions to ensure seamless functionality.
• Enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability in all business segments.
• Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs), operational dashboards, and performance tracking mechanisms throughout the enterprise.
• Supervise inventory management policies and control systems.
• Optimize forecasting, procurement, pricing strategies, and management of working capital related to inventory.
• Create operational plans targeted at new business ventures and growth opportunities.
• Contribute to developing innovative business models, products, services, and revenue channels.
• Lead operational strategies for launching new offices domestically and internationally.
• Assist in acquisition activities, including target evaluation, due diligence, integration planning, and execution post-acquisition.
• Identify and implement automation solutions to boost organizational productivity.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent and emerging leaders within the company.

Required Qualifications

• Over a decade of advancing leadership experience in operations, business management, consulting, investment banking, technology, or similar sectors.
• Comprehensive knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with a capability to handle extensive data analysis.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and operational performance metrics.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management capabilities.
• Strong aptitude to combine strategic vision with practical execution.

Additional Information

This role requires working full-time onsite, Monday through Friday, at the Orange County office.
