Role Overview

As the Channel Partner Manager, you will lead and execute Think AI's channel partner program by managing existing strategic partnerships and recruiting new resellers, distributors, and system integrators across Saudi Arabia, MENA, and select global markets. Your efforts will focus on generating pipeline through partners and ensuring they are well-prepared and motivated to effectively sell Think AI solutions. You will report directly to the COO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the channel strategy across KSA, MENA, and selected international markets, making strategic decisions about partner recruitment, investment, and phase-out.
  • Recruit and onboard new channel partners including resellers, distributors, and system integrators regionally and globally.
  • Design and implement the channel partner program structure, including partner tiers, margin schemes, deal registration, marketing development funds (MDF), certifications, and joint marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with strategic partners to ensure adherence to joint plans and revenue objectives.
  • Lead partner enablement activities such as providing technical training, sales certifications, demonstration environments, and facilitating joint engagements with customers.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals driven and influenced by partners.
  • Serve as the liaison between channel partners and Think AI’s direct sales team to maintain deal protection and ensure smooth transaction handoffs.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Over 7 years of experience in channel management, partner management, or alliance roles within the AI, GPU, server, or cloud ecosystem.
  • Background working with HPC vendors, AI international vendors, or hyperscalers preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling partner-sourced revenue streams.
  • Strong commercial skills and experience negotiating contracts.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.

  • Existing network of channel partnerships across KSA, MENA, and international markets.
  • Experience creating and managing formal channel partner programs from the ground up.
  • Familiarity with SaaS or enterprise software channel programs as Think AI plans to offer its ILM product as standalone software.
