Change Enablement and Communication Analyst

Job Purpose

This role assists in reviewing the change management framework and develops a set of models and guiding documents that regulate and support change management activities. The analyst facilitates stakeholder analysis related to change, measures and evaluates the impact of change, helps define stakeholder requirements, and ensures actions are taken to promote and sustain change.

The position aligns change management plans with relevant entities to maximize the intended impact in accordance with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 objectives. It also involves preparing periodic reports and newsletters related to Vision 2030 initiatives and targets.

Responsibilities include raising awareness about new initiatives and targets of Vision 2030, disseminating information across all available communication channels in coordination with relevant departments, managing content for websites and social media platforms, and preparing regular reports regarding the department's activities, achievements, and recommendations for performance improvement.

The analyst must adhere to workplace conduct guidelines and cybersecurity policies and perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, any engineering discipline, or any related field is required.
