About the Role
SUPERGYM FITNESS is seeking Certified Gym Trainers (men and women) to join our team at 3-4, KGR Landmark, Vignan Nagar Main Road, Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka – 560075. We offer a supportive and professional workplace focused on career development and fitness excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead personal and group fitness training sessions tailored to client objectives.
- Create individualized workout programs to address specific fitness goals.
- Instruct members on strength training, weight management, muscle building, and overall health improvement.
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques ensuring correct form and preventing injury.
- Track clients' progress and provide continual encouragement and motivation.
- Maintain gym equipment safety and enforce safety protocols.
- Keep the gym floor tidy and organized.
- Develop strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
- Promote personal training packages and help increase member retention.
Qualifications and Skills
- Certification as a Fitness or Gym Trainer is required.
- Open to both fresh certified individuals and those with prior experience.
- Strong knowledge of personal training, strength and conditioning, and functional exercise.
- Expertise in weight management, muscle development, and fitness program planning.
- Ability to demonstrate exercises safely and assess client needs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, customer relationship management, and the ability to inspire and motivate clients.
- Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary range between ₹20,000 and ₹25,000.
