Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Career Coach with a background in recruitment to join our team on a part-time basis, working approximately 12 to 20 hours weekly. This role is perfect for someone looking to build a portfolio career rather than full-time hours. Flexible scheduling allows for accommodating other commitments (as long as they’re not direct competitors). While group coaching sessions have set times, 1:1 coaching appointments are adaptable, allowing day or evening availability. Exceptional performers may have opportunities for increased hours and broader responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead group coaching sessions focusing on interview preparation, practice, resume critique, role clarity, and connecting clients with recruiters
• Conduct personalized 1:1 clarity and deeper coaching sessions focused on career transitions
• Prepare tailored recorded resume reviews using Loom software
• Support Career Accelerator clients transitioning into our Launch program, which assists them during their first 90 days at new roles
• Engage actively with clients and answer queries within our private community platform

Candidate Profile

• Recruitment background, either agency or internal
• Active LinkedIn presence with professional networking skills
• Comfortable and efficient with technology, including administrative tasks and AI tools
• Energetic and engaging on camera, able to inspire clients

Additional Information

The position can be structured as either a contractor or permanent part-time role, with compensation based on experience to be discussed during the hiring process. Although the role is primarily remote, preference is given to candidates located on the Gold Coast or Brisbane to facilitate occasional in-person meetings.
