Role Overview

Bluebird Care Durham North is seeking compassionate and friendly individuals to join their team as Care Assistants. This role involves delivering care services to elderly and less able people in their homes, serving as a community-based alternative to residential care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality personal care to clients, including assistance with daily hygiene and mobility.
Support clients with meal preparation and help with household chores to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
Offer emotional support and companionship to enhance clients' wellbeing.

Job Details and Benefits

Location: West Bromwich & Sandwell, covering areas such as Oldbury, Great Barr, Tipton, Smethwick, & Rowley Regis.
Contract Type: Care Delivery.
Hourly Wage: £12.40.
Paid mileage for travel between client visits.
Provision of free uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE).
Flexible working hours with options for full-time or part-time positions.
Guaranteed permanent contracted hours available.

Candidate Requirements

Must possess a full driving licence as currently required to apply.
