This position is for a cardiologist based in Bhatkal, India. The role focuses on evaluating heart-related conditions, planning treatment, preventing future complications, and following up with patients over time.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate patients by reviewing symptoms, medical history, and physical examination findings, and use imaging plus other diagnostic methods where needed.
- Create individualized treatment plans that may involve medicines, diet and exercise recommendations, or interventional procedures.
- Spot cardiovascular risk factors early to reduce the chances of future heart attacks or strokes.
- Track patient progress through ongoing follow-up care and confirm that treatment is working and cardiac health measures remain stable.
