Role overview
GTA Cars, a well-established premium used-car dealership in Dubai, is hiring a Sales & Consignment Executive. This opportunity is aimed at professionals with a background in automotive sales who are looking for strong earning potential in a tax-free environment.
The total package can reach up to AED 60,000 per month through salary and on-target earnings (OTE), and the role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
What you will do
- Provide a structured, consultative sales journey from the first customer enquiry through to final vehicle handover.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable vehicle and finance option.
- Generate sales opportunities through showroom traffic, inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and systematic follow-up.
- Source vehicles from the market and secure consignment stock for GTA Cars.
- Work toward monthly goals covering units sold, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on sales.
- Maintain complete and accurate CRM records for every customer and transaction.
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in automotive sales is required; UAE dealership exposure is preferred, though strong experience from the UK, Europe, or Australia will also be considered.
- Good working knowledge of vehicle brands, models, and the premium/performance car segment.
- Confidence in outbound communication and vehicle acquisition/sourcing.
- A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-moving, multicultural workplace.
- Dubai-based candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
