Role Summary

We are seeking a Campus Manager based in Chennai to lead our campus recruitment and engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will plan and execute effective campus strategies, nurture relationships with students and university management, and coordinate campus events. This role is critical in attracting and recruiting the best talent to ensure a high quality workforce for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement comprehensive campus engagement strategies.
• Build and maintain strong connections with students and university administration.
• Organize and manage campus events in partnership with university teams.
• Source and hire top-performing candidates from campuses to meet company hiring standards.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is from 780000 to 1020000 INR.
