About the CAMO Team

The Continued Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) ensures the fleet maintains regulatory compliance and airworthiness. This team manages maintenance schedules, documentation, and regulation adherence, acting as a vital link between operations and maintenance to guarantee work is properly planned, documented, and executed.

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee and evaluate OEM documentation such as Service Bulletins (SB), Service Letters (SL), Aircraft Operating Manuals (AOM), and Airworthiness Directives from EASA and other relevant authorities.
• Engage in resolving technical issues by collaborating with OEMs and participating in troubleshooting efforts for fleet-related concerns.
• Manage progress and implementation of engineering projects and fleet campaigns.
• Coordinate and verify the accuracy and completeness of aircraft documents and update internal records and systems accordingly.
• Ensure ongoing airworthiness of the fleet by reviewing aircraft release documentation and maintenance shop records.
• Develop and update internal procedures, work instructions, and technical information as necessary.
• Provide support to various company departments to meet daily operational requirements.
• Perform additional duties assigned by line management or the Continuous Airworthiness Manager as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in engineering disciplines such as aeronautical, mechanical, electrical, electronic, avionics, or equivalent qualification.
• High levels of determination, adaptability, service focus, and ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and capability to function effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong passion for the aviation sector.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience within the aeronautical industry; prior CAMO experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with EASA regulations, maintenance protocols, and aviation safety standards.
• Specialized knowledge in aircraft powerplant, structures, or systems will be considered a plus.
