Cabin Crew Member - Dubai Based with Relocation Support

Role Overview

We seek individuals with a vibrant personality and adaptability to join as cabin crew members for Emirates based in Dubai. The role requires delivering exceptional customer service by assisting passengers and managing onboard services with a strong focus on safety protocols. Our cabin crew benefit from advanced training at our specialized facility in Dubai.

Candidate Qualifications and Attributes

• Minimum one year experience in hospitality or customer service environments.
• A positive demeanor with a natural aptitude for delivering superior service within diverse, multicultural teams.
• High school completion (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Height requirement: minimum 160cm tall with the capacity to reach 212cm standing on tiptoes for safety equipment accessibility.
• No visible tattoos while in uniform; coverings via bandages or cosmetics are not permissible.
• Employment visa eligibility as per UAE immigration requirements is essential.

Besides these basic qualifications, candidates must be solution-oriented, capable of managing demanding schedules, culturally sensitive, and embody Emirates' values of professionalism, empathy, progressiveness, vision, and cosmopolitan spirit.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly fixed base salary: AED 4,980.
• Hourly flying pay: AED 69.60, calculated from approximately 80 to 100 flying hours monthly.
• Average total monthly remuneration is around AED 11,244 (approximately USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280) for Economy Class Grade II.
• Night stop meal allowances credited with salary in arrears.
• Company-funded hotel accommodation and transportation to and from the airport.
