This role is based in Victoria, Seychelles, at Desroches Island, a secluded coral island setting known for its peaceful atmosphere, ocean breezes, birdlife, and untouched beaches. Role Overview

The Butler will report to the Residences Manager and will move between resort villas and residences. This position calls for previous Butler experience in an international five-star hotel or resort.

Key Duties

  • Deliver attentive, highly personalized service to VIP guests, anticipating needs before they are voiced.
  • Create a warm, calm, and polished service atmosphere while making sure guests feel fully cared for and their expectations are surpassed.
  • Coordinate closely with supporting departments to make sure each guest’s preferences, wishes, and requirements are properly handled.
  • Carry out all service tasks in line with Four Seasons Resort Seychelles standards, including guest registration, villa orientation, evening turndown, luggage handling, packing and unpacking assistance, and management of lost-and-found items.
  • Oversee the arrangement of food and beverage requests, in-room dining, wake-up calls, and amenity delivery.
  • Inspect each villa after attendants have cleaned it and before guest arrival to confirm that preferences and presentation standards are fully met.
