Position Overview

We are seeking a professional butler based in Dubai who will deliver tailored and discreet service to clients, ensuring their comfort and privacy at all times. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, discreet, and perceptive to clients' requirements.

Key Duties

• Welcome and assist guests, making certain they feel comfortable upon arrival.
• Supervise household tasks including management of domestic staff and upkeep of the residence.
• Organize guest-related services such as reservations, transportation, and event coordination.
• Maintain household operations and inventory control, keeping the property in excellent condition and properly stocked.
• Offer attentive service during meals, respecting and accommodating client preferences.
• Handle client requests promptly and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks including telephone handling, mail sorting, and schedule organization.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism consistently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a butler role or similar luxury hospitality position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
• Ability to exercise discretion and uphold confidentiality.
• Familiarity with fine dining protocols, household management, and event planning.
