Role Summary
We are looking for knowledgeable professionals experienced in how work is conducted within modern organizations to act as expert consultants in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is a part-time contract position focusing on evaluating and enhancing AI systems' comprehension of workplace productivity, enterprise workflows, organizational functions, collaboration, project execution, business communication, and tasks typical to knowledge workers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess AI-generated content related to workplace productivity and enterprise operations.
- Review materials covering project management, business communication, process optimization, teamwork, and organizational effectiveness.
- Determine the practicality, realism, and appropriateness of AI recommendations for professional environments.
- Detect reasoning errors, operational inconsistencies, unrealistic premises, or faulty prioritization in AI outputs.
- Compare varying AI-generated responses to identify which best exemplifies effective workplace practices.
- Compose detailed written explanations to support evaluations and decisions.
- Leverage professional experience to analyze enterprise workflows and knowledge work scenarios critically.
- Adhere to project guidelines to maintain consistent quality and reliability.
Consultant Engagement Terms
This opportunity is a project-based consultant role with remuneration based per project; hourly rates cited represent approximations based on expected completion durations. Consultants manage their own schedules, supply their own tools, and may provide services concurrently to other clients, subject to their terms.

Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Four or more years in business operations, project or program management, consulting, customer success, product or HR operations, or closely related disciplines.
- Experience collaborating across functional professional teams.
- A strong grasp of enterprise workflows and organizational processes.
- Superior written communication abilities.
- Skill in critically evaluating workplace situations and business proposals.
Preferred Attributes
- History of leading projects, programs, operations, or process improvement efforts.
- Background in consulting, business operations, project/program management, organizational effectiveness, or enterprise software sectors.
- Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum or equivalent.
- Previous participation in AI evaluation, content review, annotation, peer review, or expert assessment initiatives.

Only professionals based in the United States are eligible to apply. This role is conducted entirely remotely and on a part-time, project basis.
Consultants control their schedules and provide their own tools. Engagement is non-exclusive, allowing simultaneous services to other clients as permitted by their terms.
