About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Operations Analyst with expertise in Google Workspace to join our team on a contract basis. This remote position offers flexible commitment ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week and competitive hourly compensation. The primary focus is to analyze, improve, and optimize operational workflows using Google Workspace tools, enhancing efficiency and collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and streamline operational processes through effective utilization of Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides to boost productivity and workflow consistency.
- Work collaboratively with the client’s team to identify areas for process enhancements and foster improved teamwork using Google Workspace applications.
- Contribute detailed feedback and structured inputs to help guide AI training initiatives, ensuring the data's accuracy and applicative relevance.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of procedures and best practices, ensuring transparent communication of operational standards.
- Perform audits on data and workflows to verify accuracy and adherence to organizational policies.
- Provide ongoing support by troubleshooting issues and facilitating smooth operation of Google Workspace tools.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of experience in operations, process improvement, or a related functional domain.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, notably Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities, with strong attention to detail and clarity.
- Analytical skills to decipher complex workflows and offer actionable, data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent organizational aptitude, including documentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a remote work environment.
Additional Information
