About the Role
Worldotutor is seeking a dynamic and seasoned Team Leader to direct our Admissions and Sales division. Ideal candidates have strong leadership abilities, enthusiasm for driving sales, and a talent for motivating teams to meet their targets efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide a team of Admission Counsellors.
- Drive achievement of revenue and admission goals.
- Supervise phone interactions, follow-ups, product demos, and conversion rates.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to boost their performance.
- Lead daily meetings and conduct regular performance assessments.
- Ensure timely CRM data entry and adherence to process standards.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Academic departments.
- Compile daily and weekly performance analytics and reports.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience in sales or business development arenas.
- At least one year in a leadership role within a team setting.
- Strong communication aptitude and leadership skills.
- Highly target-focused with intrinsic motivation.
- Basic proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in the education technology or broader education sector is a plus.
