Job Responsibilities

• Explore and develop new market prospects to broaden business reach.
• Generate leads by conducting field visits, networking, and obtaining referrals.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
• Lead client meetings, give presentations, and showcase product or service demonstrations.
• Negotiate terms for commercial contracts and successfully close deals.
• Work in coordination with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and business development goals.
• Provide consistent market insights and prepare business development reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or within the automobile sector.
• Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and client relationship management.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Ability to recognize new market opportunities and fulfill assigned business targets.
• Readiness to travel for client engagement and business-related activities.
