About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our Choice Broking firm, Moneycure Research Services, based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The selected candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, generating quality leads, and promoting our stock market advisory services and financial products, thereby driving overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients through calls, emails, and networking efforts.
• Present and explain stock market advisory solutions, trading services, and investment products to prospects.
• Assess client requirements and provide tailored financial offerings.
• Convert leads into clients with effective follow-up actions.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets while maintaining accurate performance documentation.
• Collaborate with research and advisory teams to ensure client needs are met satisfactorily.
• Keep CRM updated and prepare daily and weekly sales reports.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in finance.
• Fundamental knowledge of stock markets, trading, and financial broking services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM applications.
