Job Role and Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients such as apartment associations, property developers, and corporate procurement leaders to demonstrate and explain the company’s service offerings, while assessing their requirements.
- Develop and deliver sales proposals; maintain communication and follow-ups leading to successful closure of sales deals.
- Draft, review, and finalize contractual agreements with customers ensuring compliance and mutual understanding.
- Perform lead generation and arrange meetings primarily through cold calling techniques.
- Discover and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging cold calls, professional networking, and social media channels.
Candidate Eligibility and Experience
