Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and committed Business Development Executive to join our team on a desk-based sales role. This position involves creating and nurturing client relationships, recognizing their training requirements, and delivering customized safety training solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively identify and reach out to potential customers via telephone, email, and other communication methods.
• Assess client training needs and provide tailored safety training options.
• Present our training courses persuasively to both new prospects and existing clients.
• Achieve and strive to exceed established monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of all sales activities using a CRM platform.
• Stay informed on industry trends and developments to effectively promote our services.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in sales, ideally in B2B contexts or the safety, training, or services sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities that foster trust and rapport.
• Confident phone communication skills and relationship-building expertise.
• Driven, goal-focused, and capable of working autonomously in dynamic settings.
• Interest and enthusiasm for workplace safety and training products.
