Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executive to become part of our team. The individual will engage with prospective clients, comprehend their business demands, and transform leads into potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate calls and perform follow-ups with potential clients.
- Describe the company’s services to generate promising leads.
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with documentation and operations departments.
- Meet monthly sales targets and update CRM data accordingly.
Candidate Requirements
- Any graduate degree is acceptable.
- Effective communication skills and persuasive abilities.
- Familiarity with basic computer tools such as MS Office and CRM platforms.
- Open to fresh graduates as well as experienced applicants.
