Job Summary

The company is seeking a skilled Business Development Engineer with a strong expertise in Air-Operated Double Diaphragm (AODD) Pumps. Experience with top brands like Wilden, SAMOA, Yamada, Sandpiper, Versa-Matic, or Graco is highly preferred. The role involves expanding the business footprint of AODD pumps, managing customer relations across Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and promoting solutions within key industry segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to boost AODD pump sales across the UAE.
• Identify prospective clients and opportunities through frequent market engagement and analysis.
• Market Wilden and equivalent AODD pump products to end users, EPC contractors, OEMs, and clients in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Water & Wastewater, and general Industrial sectors.
• Deliver technical presentations, conduct demos, and perform consultative selling to address customer needs.
• Establish and nurture strong connections with key stakeholders such as decision-makers, procurement teams, engineers, and maintenance staff.
• Prepare detailed techno-commercial quotations and actively pursue order closure.
• Collaborate closely with internal sales, engineering, and service departments to tailor customer solutions.
• Track project opportunities, tenders, shutdown plans, and pump replacement demands.
• Gather competitive market intelligence concerning pricing, customer expectations, and rival offerings.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• 3 to 7 years of demonstrable sales or business development experience specifically dealing with AODD pumps.
• Hands-on experience working with leading AODD pump brands.
• Strong technical knowledge in pump applications, sizing, troubleshooting, and product selection.
• Proven track record in selling to sectors like Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Water & Wastewater, Marine, or Industrial markets.
• Established network of contacts including end users, EPC contractors, and industrial clients within the UAE region.
• Outstanding skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
