Role Overview

Join our Utilities sector practice to facilitate business and technology transformation projects serving energy, water, and infrastructure clients. Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams to develop and deploy effective strategies and transformations within the Utilities industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution of business and technology transformation initiatives for Utilities clients.
  • Conduct detailed analysis and refinement of business processes to boost operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.
  • Engage with stakeholders to elicit, validate, and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
  • Partner with implementation and technical teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
  • Support project governance including risk management and communication with clients.
  • Contribute to business growth by participating in proposal development and client presentations.
  • Guide junior consultants and promote a collaborative team atmosphere.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in transformation, technology, or operations improvement projects.
  • Strong capability in analysing and enhancing business processes.
  • Familiarity with the Utilities sector’s operations and challenges, including the effects of the Energy Transition.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Understanding of artificial intelligence and its transformative impact on organizations.
  • Experience in business development and account management.
  • Adept at balancing multiple priorities collaboratively within teams.
  • At least four years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Utilities platforms or transformational technologies.
  • Background in change management projects.
  • Knowledge of innovation strategies.
  • Insight into energy transition or sustainability programs.

Additional Requirements and Information

  • Must hold a current NV2 Security Clearance.
  • Willingness to work onsite five days per week in Melbourne, Victoria.
