Role Overview
Join DMC's Digital Workplace Solutions team as a Business Analyst, where your expertise will help clients enhance operational efficiency leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint. This role integrates business analysis, project coordination, low-code development, and pre-sales activities to design customized solutions that satisfy client needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to provide progress reports and identify new business prospects
- Evaluate business processes to uncover inefficiencies and suggest enhancements
- Develop detailed system specifications, workflow diagrams, and user requirement documents
- Assist in testing, diagnosing issues, and supporting solution deployment
Candidate Requirements
- Must have authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
- 0 to 3+ years of pertinent experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related discipline with a minimum GPA of 3.4
- Strong consulting aptitude with exemplary client interaction and technical communication abilities
- Familiarity with core business systems and data domains such as ERP, CRM, and data modeling
- Capability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Experience in implementing low-code platforms
- Proactive, self-driven approach to managing projects independently
- Focus on designing solutions aligned with business objectives

The salary range for this role is from 83000 to 110000 USD annually.
