Opportunity Overview
Join a pioneering organization in Toronto delivering innovative parking and mobility solutions as a Business Analyst. Drive projects that enhance customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness while advancing digital transformation in a multi-faceted service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate planning, coordination, and delivery of business improvement and digital transformation projects.
- Collect and document business requirements, identifying opportunities for process and service enhancement.
- Engage with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to support successful project execution and operations.
- Manage user acceptance testing phases, reporting results to ensure technology solutions align with business and customer expectations.
- Analyze operational, financial, and customer data to create reports, dashboards, and KPIs with actionable insights.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving customer experience by assessing feedback and mapping journeys to recommend service improvements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Over three years’ experience in business analysis, project coordination, operations, or related areas.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Engineering, Planning, or similar fields.
- Proven skill in requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and user acceptance testing.
- Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Power BI, SAP, or comparable reporting tools is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
- Valid G driver's license and access to a vehicle for occasional site visits.
- Knowledge of parking technology, payment systems, smart city tech, or transportation innovations is a plus.
Additional Information
Location is Toronto, ON with a hybrid work model requiring three days onsite weekly. The role offers an annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $82,000. Candidates should be naturally inquisitive problem-solvers who thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to influence customer experience and operational efficiency positively.
