Role Overview
This position involves utilizing advanced Microsoft Excel skills alongside Word and PowerPoint to develop detailed business scenarios. The role requires creating, reviewing, and assessing Office Open XML documents such as .xlsx, .docx, and .pptx files. The Business Analyst will partner with AI models to generate and improve business documents, evaluating output quality to provide constructive feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop intricate business use cases across various industries using Microsoft Excel and related Office tools.
- Create, review, and assess Office Open XML documents including spreadsheets, text documents, and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with AI technologies to generate and refine business documentation.
- Perform comparative analysis of AI-generated content, providing detailed evaluations on accuracy and effectiveness.
- Document key observations and recommend improvements for AI model performance enhancement.
- Communicate insights and findings effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders involved in AI training.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel and complex spreadsheet operations.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with Office Open XML formats.
- Strong skills in business analysis and comprehensive document review.
- Experience in preparing reports, modeling scenarios, and handling business cases.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- High level of analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a remote setup.
Additional Information
- Contract Type: Hourly contract with a pay rate ranging from $20 to $60 per hour.
- Work Commitment: Flexible between 10 to 40 hours per week.
- Location: Fully remote position based in Canada.
