Business Analyst (Entry / Junior)

Jiangling Motors Co., Ltd is seeking an entry-level Business Analyst who is eager to learn, highly analytical, and focused on practical problem-solving. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, structure, and examine business data to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare business requirements, workflow notes, and functional specification documents.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and suggest workable solutions.
• Review current processes and highlight areas where operations can be made more efficient.
• Build reports, dashboards, and presentation materials to share findings and insights.
• Assist with project planning, process enhancement, and implementation work.
• Monitor project milestones and contribute to the delivery of business initiatives on schedule.
• Keep documentation, process maps, and business analysis standards accurate and up to date.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong analytical and critical thinking ability, with a practical approach to solving problems.
• Comfort using Microsoft Excel and understanding basic data analysis methods.
• Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
• Clear written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to cooperate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Good organization and time management skills, with the ability to handle several priorities at once.
• Careful attention to detail and the ability to simplify complex information into actionable recommendations.
