About the Role
Food People is collaborating with a prominent restaurant operator in the UAE to hire a Brand Operations Manager. This position entails full responsibility for managing daily operational activities and ensuring exceptional service quality that meets all guest expectations. The Brand Operations Manager will report directly to the leadership team and spearhead the business’s growth and expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive operational management including full Profit & Loss accountability.
- Identify, mentor, train, and coach the leadership team to uphold and execute initiatives ensuring consistently high performance standards.
- Maintain top-tier customer satisfaction by monitoring and enforcing operational standards effectively.
- Guarantee successful implementation of local store marketing campaigns, new product launches, and updated processes across all sites.
- Introduce best industry practices, remove operational bottlenecks, and maximize efficiencies throughout all restaurant outlets.
- Continuously spot business opportunities and evolving trends to keep the brand aligned with customer expectations.
- Lead proactively with a hands-on approach, inspiring and empowering team members.
- Manage labor costs, enhance productivity, and improve operational efficiency.
- Build solid industry networks, stay informed about market developments, and execute strategies to elevate the brand’s stature and business growth.
Requirements
- Prior experience in premium dining concepts is mandatory.
- Proven track record in driving operational excellence.
- Strong financial expertise, particularly in full operational P&L management.
- Exceptional team leadership skills focused on training and development.
- Excellent communication abilities tailored to engage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- A personable leader capable of motivating teams and leading by example.
