Job Overview
We are seeking a Brand Manager based in Jeddah Jameel Square Office to take charge of key marketing and brand strategy decisions that enhance our brand's influence among consumers. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to pioneering innovations, lead significant projects, and thrive in an environment that fosters creativity, ownership, and value for ideas.
Success Criteria
- Build strong, positive relationships with cross-functional teams from the outset.
- Achieve business targets aligned with the overall goals of the Business Unit.
- Drive category expansion, boost market penetration, and attract new consumers through innovative product design.
- Execute product launches flawlessly and manage customer marketing support effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage P&L decisions to maximize regional profitability within growth strategies.
- Develop and own the Integrated Brand Plan.
- Utilize consumer insights to tailor strategies that succeed with key customers and channels, in alignment with Sales and Marketing organizational needs.
- Identify consumer needs and preferences related to our product offerings.
- Lead consumer research to create well-founded brand concepts, benefits, and claims addressing unmet consumer needs.
- Collaborate with local market partners, stakeholders, and suppliers to advance P&G business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
- Strong leadership abilities combined with strategic and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
