The Brand Design Team

The Brand Design team crafts Decagon's visual identity, influencing how customers, partners, and the AI community perceive us. Our mission is to translate complex technology into compelling brand storytelling across campaigns, content, web platforms, and key moments impacting perception.

We prioritize taste, consistency, and conviction in building a strong brand through excellent craftsmanship, narrative coherence, and exploring new creative directions. Role Overview

As a Brand Designer, you will be central to shaping Decagon's brand presence, crafting narratives that distinguish us and supporting the brand's evolution as we grow. This role focuses on marketing-driven brand initiatives that boost perception and expansion, balancing foundational branding and high-visibility projects.

You will engage in crafting and art directing premium brand materials, innovate within our brand design system to ensure consistency and fresh expressions, and contribute to brand strategy and messaging. Your work will include detailed layout and concept development, quick iteration based on feedback across multiple projects, and introducing innovative creative inspirations to help Decagon stand out.

Qualifications

We look for candidates with 4-6 years of experience in brand design, art direction, and creatively marketing roles. A portfolio exhibiting strong visual taste, storytelling ability, and strategic brand insight is essential. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is required, along with enthusiasm for exploring AI-based design tools. Experience creating marketing materials like web content, campaigns, presentations, and event visuals is critical. A solid foundation in typography, layout, color theory, and hierarchy is expected, with the ability to interpret briefs and produce thoughtful, cohesive design work. Comfort managing fast-paced environments with shifting priorities is a must.

Additional assets include an interest in technology and AI industries and some experience with filming and editing social media content.
