Branch Supervisor - Arabic Speaker

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Branch Supervisor fluent in Arabic to manage daily operations of a multibrand service workshop. This role focuses on optimizing operational efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction, overseeing workshop performance, and ensuring profitability, all while upholding top-tier quality and safety norms.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Service Reception, Workshop, and Spare Parts sections to guarantee smooth daily activities.
• Lead and develop workshop personnel to meet operational goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Track branch performance indicators such as productivity, sales revenue, repair quality, and customer feedback.
• Perform routine performance evaluations and enforce corrective measures as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to Auto Central standards, and promote 5S, KAIZEN, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Manage manpower allocation, workshop equipment, tool upkeep, and inventory control.
• Champion Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) standards maintaining a secure workplace.

Background & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree, Technical Diploma, or a related qualification in automotive studies.
• Between 2 to 5 years in supervisory or managerial positions in automotive aftersales or workshop settings.
• Strong expertise in workshop operations, customer service management, and service procedures.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical problem-solving aptitude, and effective team management.
• Proficiency with Dealer Management Systems (preferably Autoline) and Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledgeable in process optimization, key performance indicators for workshops, and operational excellence.
