About the Role

Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited seeks a Branch Relations Officer to serve as a Relationship Manager. This position is based in Mysuru, Karnataka, India.

Key Duties

• Identify and acquire new clients within the affluent and super affluent market segments by leveraging both open market opportunities and existing networks.
• Develop and maintain a robust portfolio comprising high-net-worth individuals.
• Increase Assets Under Management (AUM) through effective cross-selling of diverse financial products.
• Offer tailored investment advisory services aligned with each client's specific risk tolerance and financial objectives.
• Systematically pinpoint and pursue potential clients in the designated target group to drive business growth.
• Keep abreast of ongoing developments in financial markets, available investment products, and sector trends.
• Collaborate closely with internal product and research departments, including the centralized Certified Financial Planner (CFP) team, to ensure well-informed investment recommendations.
• Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, and other initiatives to foster business development.
• Enhance depth of client interactions to increase wallet share and augment overall portfolio valuation.
