Branch Operations Executive

About the Role

The position available is for a Branch Operations Executive based in Noida Extension, Greater Noida West, focused on real estate operations. Candidates should possess at least one year of experience, with preference given to those having between one to five years. Prior experience in the real estate sector is considered beneficial.

Primary Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with local real estate brokers
• Regular interaction with brokers to source properties and understand buyer needs
• Manage and keep the resale property listings updated in the CRM system
• Ensure accuracy of property details including availability, pricing, and inventory
• Facilitate daily operations within the branch ensuring smooth workflow
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to arrange property visits and follow-ups
• Compile daily Management Information System (MIS) reports and maintain detailed operational documentation
