Role overview

Hynds Pipe Systems Limited is looking for a Branch Manager to take end-to-end responsibility for branch results. This position covers financial performance, team leadership, customer growth, service quality, and day-to-day operational standards at the Amberley branch.

You will work with the Regional Sales Manager and the Internal Sales Team to expand the customer base, manage branch activity efficiently, and maintain a safe, professional, and high-performing workplace.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver the branch’s budget commitments and sales targets.
  • Recruit, guide, and lead the team while setting a strong example of professional conduct.
  • Use CRM tools thoroughly to manage opportunities and customer engagement across the branch and wider catchment area, in coordination with the Regional Sales Manager and Internal Sales Team.
  • Oversee self-auditing activities and make sure company standards are consistently met at a high level.
  • Participate in the full sales cycle, from order placement through to supply, including order handling through company systems and processes.
