Responsibilities

• Track truck movements and ensure smooth customs clearance at Kasumbalesa border.
• Receive, verify, and submit customs documentation to customs officers for processing.
• Provide daily status reports to operations and customs officers to prevent clearance delays.
• Check document conditions for cleanliness and proper handling when exchanged at the border and communicate findings to drivers.
• Ensure drivers maintain discipline and wear proper uniform while at the border.
• Maintain adherence to border safety guidelines consistently.
• Collaborate with direct reports for daily border updates.
• Use Alistair's systems to accurately log and document updates relating to border activities.

Requirements

• Completion of High School education or equivalent (A level)
• Basic competency in computing
• Fluency in English, Swahili, and French
• Clear and effective verbal communication skills
