Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position in Kolkata for a Boba Barista. The role centers on preparing bubble tea and related drinks, handling ingredients carefully, and following set recipes to keep quality consistent. You will also take orders, process payments, respond to menu-related queries, and serve customers efficiently at the counter.
What You Will Do
- Prepare bubble tea and other beverages by measuring ingredients, cooking toppings, and following standard recipes.
- Take customer orders and accept payment through cash or digital methods.
- Explain menu options and answer customer questions in a friendly manner.
- Keep counters, tools, and work areas clean and organized throughout the shift.
- Refill ingredients and supplies to keep service running smoothly.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices at all times.
- Support store opening and closing routines when required.
- Coordinate with teammates during rush hours to maintain fast and efficient service.
- Help maintain a welcoming and positive environment for every guest.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone with strong customer-facing skills, good communication, and the ability to work accurately in a busy beverage outlet. A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are important for success in this role.
Additional Information
