About the Role
EY invites you to join our Brand, Marketing, and Communications (BMC) team as a BMC Enablement Specialist based in St John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. This pivotal position focuses on equipping marketers to thrive amidst evolving business demands, driven by advances in AI, emerging technologies, and complex client expectations. As part of EY Canada, you will contribute to fostering a culture of continuous learning, driving technology adoption, process enhancements, and collaboration to empower our marketing professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and oversee communication channels and content that keep the BMC team well-informed, connected, and focused on shared priorities and best practices.
- Identify and provide access to internal and external knowledge, communities, resources, and leading industry methodologies that promote ongoing development and innovation.
- Promote a high-performance culture by enabling specialized onboarding, engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and collaborative experiences to strengthen team cohesion and belonging.
- Assist leadership in organizing programs and meetings that support skill development, business understanding, and organizational effectiveness.
- Champion the adoption of AI, digital tools, and new technologies to boost marketing efficiency, collaboration, and modern working methods.
- Manage operational workflows, budgets, vendor relationships, and resources necessary for delivering successful enablement activities.
- Keep abreast of emerging skills and workforce trends to continuously refine the BMC learning and enablement strategy to address future business challenges.
Qualifications and Skills
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Experience in marketing operations, enablement, project management, or comparable functions.
- Solid knowledge of marketing technologies and tools.
- Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Superior written and verbal communication, presentation design, and delivery skills.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and independent critical thinker.
- Analytical skills to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
- Experience managing budgets and financial processes is advantageous.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their implementation in marketing contexts is preferred.
