About the Role
Hachi Foods & Snacks Private Limited is seeking a skilled Billing Executive to join their team at the Wadala, Mumbai location. This is a full-time position requiring at least one year of relevant experience and offers a monthly salary ranging between ₹12,000 and ₹15,000, based on expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily customer bills and invoices accurately.
- Update billing data in the system or Excel sheets with precision.
- Verify invoice details thoroughly before generation.
- Maintain daily records and documentation of billing transactions.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Accounts, and Operations teams.
- Follow up on pending bills and payments diligently.
- Address customer billing queries effectively.
- Ensure proper documentation of all daily billing activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum one year of experience in billing or accounts.
- Basic proficiency with Excel and billing software applications.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines reliably.
- Basic understanding of GST and invoicing is preferable.
Compensation
Salary offered ranges between ₹12,000 and ₹15,000 per month, commensurate with experience and skill level.
