Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent Billing Executive to join Vasupujya Electricals in Pune, Maharashtra. The role involves preparing precise quotations, sales orders, and GST-compliant invoices while maintaining excellent coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate accurate quotations, sales orders, and GST invoices on time.
• Provide customers with prompt information regarding product prices, availability, and quotations.
• Liaise effectively with sales, dispatch, and warehouse departments to ensure seamless order processing.
• Manage timely billing processes and maintain detailed records of customers and transactions.
• Support inventory management and update stock levels in collaboration with the store team.
• Prepare and submit daily reports covering pending quotations, dispatch statuses, and order progress.
