Role Overview

As a Bell Attendant, you will be the first and last point of contact for guests arriving and leaving the hotel, ensuring they receive a warm greeting and a courteous farewell. You will play a crucial role in shaping the guest experience by assisting with lobby traffic control and providing support to guests throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist them as they depart, ensuring a pleasant experience.
• Manage lobby traffic efficiently while helping guests with their belongings and inquiries.
• Serve as a representative and guide for the hotel, offering useful information and support to guests.
• Maintain flexibility and adapt to guest needs while interacting frequently and positively with guests.
• Possess and apply thorough knowledge of hotel operations to enhance guest service delivery.

Qualifications

• Completion of High School Diploma.
• A genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and guest service.
• A positive attitude towards learning and self-improvement.
• Effective communication skills.
• Proficiency in English language.
