Role Overview
This full-time remote position involves acting as a Beautician delivering virtual beauty consultations for L'Oréal Paris clients. Key duties include recommending appropriate products, guiding skincare, haircare, and makeup routines, and showcasing application techniques through digital platforms. The Beautician will address customer questions, tailor beauty advice to individual client preferences, and keep accurate notes on consultations.
Remaining knowledgeable about L'Oréal Paris's product range and current beauty trends is essential. This role also involves close cooperation with internal teams to improve customer experiences, consistently providing professional, inclusive, and customer-focused service.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in beauty services such as makeup, skincare, and haircare advice, ideally gained in salons, spas, or retail contexts.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills capable of facilitating engaging and empathetic virtual consultations.
- Proficient use of digital tools and online communication platforms including video calling, messaging, and basic computing.
- Up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends and familiarity with L'Oréal Paris or comparable professional beauty brands.
- Ability to operate independently, manage time efficiently, and maintain organized client records.
- A commitment to delivering inclusive, culturally aware, and nondiscriminatory beauty consultation.
- Preferred: certification or formal training in cosmetology, esthetics, or beauty therapy; but equivalent practical experience will also be accepted.
