Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Deliver impeccable food and beverage service following Anantara's high standards for quality, presentation, and hygiene with professionalism and courtesy.
• Exhibit exemplary national hospitality and professionalism when interacting with guests.
• Maintain pride in all service aspects, appearance, cleanliness, and areas under one's responsibility.
• Comply with the Beverage Department's Standard Operating Procedures and proactively suggest enhancements.
• Prepare the bar at opening, ensuring it is stocked with liquor, ice, glassware, juices, and garnishes.
• Efficiently handle drink orders with accuracy, verifying quantities, and processing billing swiftly.
• Craft cocktails strictly adhering to Anantara Resorts & Spas' beverage manual, using full standard measurements.
• Receive and verify liquor against requisitions from the prior shift, reporting any inconsistencies to the Bar Supervisor.
• Maintain security of the bar workspace, remaining present unless formally relieved.
• Support cleanup efforts, including floor mopping, removing cans and bottles, cleaning rails and counters, and managing melting ice in bins.
