Role Overview

We are seeking a friendly, customer-oriented Barista passionate about coffee and hospitality to enhance our team. This role involves preparing and serving premium hot and cold beverages, maintaining a tidy and organized coffee bar, and ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest.

Key Duties

• Warmly welcome customers and deliver personalized service.
• Prepare and serve a range of espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages.
• Manage payments accurately via cash, card, or mobile through the POS system.
• Keep the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas clean and orderly.
• Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members contributing to a positive work environment.
• Stay knowledgeable about the menu, products, and ongoing promotions.
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a barista or in a café is preferred but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided.
• A strong passion for coffee and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Dependable, punctual, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
• Basic mathematical ability and cash handling competence.
